The Swannanoa Gathering runs a longer, multi-night stay in North Carolina. We file it under music. It's in this directory because it's a real camp, with bunks and a schedule and the whole apparatus, built for adults on purpose.
A summer institution at Warren Wilson College where adult folk musicians live in dorms for themed weeks of fiddle, banjo, old-time, and traditional song. Over 150 classes run each summer, and evenings dissolve into campus-wide jams and dances. Mostly adult campers, though some weeks admit teens.
