Tampa Bay Lightning Fantasy Camp runs a longer, multi-night stay in Florida. We file it under sports. It's in this directory because it's a real camp, with bunks and a schedule and the whole apparatus, built for adults on purpose.
Adults 21+ of any skill level get coached by Lightning alumni and compete for a Fantasy Camp Championship Cup on the team's NHL ice. Capped at 36 skaters and 6 goalies, so it feels like a real training camp roster. One of several NHL team-run adult fantasy camps, and among the most consistently staged.
The experience
The format: multi-day hockey fantasy camp. The longer run is the point. By day three the group stops being strangers, and that's the part people come back for. Adults only, which changes the tone more than you might expect. Everyone there chose it for themselves.
Cost
Published price: $3,000 USD per camper (36 skaters, 6 goalies). That's the expensive end, well past the $400 to $1,000 a typical weekend costs. You're paying for access, not the bunk. Check what the ticket covers before comparing camps. Whether lodging, meals, and transport are bundled moves the true cost more than the ticket price does.
