Camp Lost Boys is an LGBTQ+ camp for adults in Multiple locations, USA. It runs as a weekend sleepaway: you stay over, someone else plans the days, and the group eats together. That's the pitch, and it's enough.

The world's only sleepaway camp exclusively for transgender men 18+, built around archery, hiking, swimming, and campfires rather than programming about being trans. Campers describe it as the first place they experienced uncomplicated boyhood joy. Programming is paused for 2026 while the organization regroups, with a relaunch signaled.

The experience

The format: weekend sleepaway camp. Two or three nights, all logistics handled. If you've never done an adult camp, this length is the on-ramp. It's adults only: no kids programming, no family sessions mixed in.

Cost

When it last ran, tickets were several hundred USD in past editions. There's no simple rate card, so ignore any number you see on a third-party site and ask the operator. For calibration: most all-inclusive adult camp weekends in North America run $400 to $1,000.
